RE:       Suspension of Binding Authority                                       

Due to the impending weather from hurricane Idalia, a tropical storm watch has been declared for coast of South Carolina by the National Hurricane Center and NOAA. All binding authority is suspended until further notice effective 4 AM, Tuesday, August 29, 2023.
